I'm Murat Kavas, an Order-to-Cash operations leader with 10+ years in international GBS and shared-service environments. I lead multi-country teams, build performance frameworks that hold, and use Lean thinking to take friction out of the O2C cycle.
I currently lead the Order-to-Invoice team at Diebold Nixdorf's Global Business Services hub in Warsaw — a multi-site operation serving several EMEA markets. Before that, I spent seven and a half years at Accenture GBS, leading Order Entry and Cash Applications & Collections teams.
My work sits where process, systems and people meet: designing KPIs that drive the right behaviour, running migrations without disrupting service, and coaching teams to own their results. An engineering background shapes how I approach problems — measure first, find the root cause, then fix the system rather than the symptom.
Foundational roles in O2C delivery at Accenture, including SAP training for operations teams, preceded by localisation operations at Lionbridge.
Order capture, fulfilment, invoicing, cash application and collections — managed as one connected flow.
Multi-country and hybrid teams; coaching, performance management and talent development.
KPI and SLA design, dashboards and scorecards that turn data into daily decisions.
Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen applied to cut cycle time, rework and manual touchpoints.
Process migrations and standardisation delivered while keeping service stable.
SAP power user (CRM, HANA, CIC), Power BI reporting, with Python for analysis and automation.

Away from operations, I spend my time on visual and hands-on work. I fly FPV and camera drones, photograph people and places, and build things — from 3D-printed parts to small software projects. The same habits carry over: patience, precision and a lot of practice.
Drone pilot flying both cinematic camera drones and FPV.
Portraits, places and the details most people walk past.
3D printing, Blender modelling and personal coding projects.
My creative work — aerial, photography, tattoo art and other visual projects — lives under its own name.
